Another Way to Gain Control

In this article we have the Justice Minister, Yaakov Neeman, telling "right-wing" activists exactly how to apply for pardons for Jewish terrorists. Neeman, not only gives specific details on how to do this (apply for individual, separate requests), but he also states that he would be the person to approve or veto the request!
Among the Jewish terrorists that the activists are requesting pardon for is Ami Popper. Popper, in 1990 killed seven Palestinians. In May 1990, Popper, a discharged soldier, put on his IDF uniform, and began asking men waiting at a bus stop in the city of Rishon Lezion for their identity cards. After confirming that the men were Arabs he lined them up and opened fire; killing seven. Popper was sentenced to life in prison originally but his sentence was reduced to 40 years. While in prison he became religious.
